Who We Are (And Who This Applies To)

When we say 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms, we mean The Funnel Foundry, a marketing consulting business focused on lead generation and sales funnels. We're based right here in Nottingham at 32 King St, NG1 2AS, UK. When we say 'you' or 'your', we mean the business or person using our services. These terms cover everything related to our services and your work with us.

What We Offer (Our Services)

We provide marketing consulting, mostly focused on getting you more leads and building full sales funnels. This includes designing, building, and optimising those funnels, especially for businesses in more complex or niche markets across the UK. We'll always agree on the specific services we'll provide to you in a separate agreement or proposal.

What We Expect From You

For us to do our best work, we'll need a few things from your side. This includes giving us accurate information about your business, being available for meetings and feedback, and making payments on time. If you hold back information or don't get us what we need, it might delay things, and we can't be held responsible for that.

Money Matters (Payments & Fees)

The costs for our services will be clearly laid out in the proposal or agreement we give you. You agree to pay us those fees by the due dates specified. We usually ask for a deposit upfront for bigger projects. If payments are late, we might charge a late fee, or stop work until things are sorted. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and will be clearly stated if VAT is applicable.

Starting and Ending Our Work Together

Our work officially begins once you accept our proposal or sign a specific service agreement, and any agreed-upon deposit is paid. Either of us can end our agreement with proper notice, usually 30 days, as long as all payments for work done are settled. We'll always try to resolve any issues first, of course.

Keeping Things Private

We understand that your business information is important. We promise to keep any confidential information you share with us private, and we expect you to do the same with our methods and strategies. This applies during and after our working relationship, just like you'd expect from a trusted partner.

What We Can't Guarantee (Being Realistic)

We always do our best to get you great results. We use our skills and experience to build effective funnels and strategies. However, marketing results can vary. We cannot promise specific lead numbers, sales figures, or exact Return on Investment (ROI), because these depend on many factors outside our control, like your product, market changes, and your sales team's efforts. We'll always aim for the best, but it's important to have realistic expectations.

We keep our website information up-to-date, but it might not always be perfect. We're not responsible for any issues if you rely solely on information found here without talking to us first.
